Returns & Refunds Policy

At USMarkets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
No reason is required, and no penalties apply.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed, in perfect condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Returns may be refused if items are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in their original condition.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items labeled “Final Sale”

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) once opened


3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request Authorization
Email contact@usmarkets.cc within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

Step 3: Return Shipment

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • For defective or incorrect items, a prepaid return label will be provided

  • For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery

4. Inspections & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 4 business days

  • Refunds cover the full price of the returned items

  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

  • If a prepaid label was provided for a customer-choice return, the label cost may be deducted from the refund


5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item, size, or color received

  • Like-for-like replacement for an item in perfect, unworn condition (subject to availability)

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged or a return is lost in transit, contact us immediately:
